4. Hybrid & Remote Communication

5. Technology for engagement and collaboration

How can we use digital tools and platforms to help facilitate relationship-building; engagement; belonging and seamless collaboration among team members?

6. Remote performance management

In this module we look at how create a great home / remote working environment; the importance of work live balance and how to create the boundaries and expectations to support these; the essentials of self care;

Identify and address the unique challenges that arise in remote & hybrid work settings.
