Learn strategies to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within your hybrid team. Explore innovative approaches to virtual team building activities, recognizing and celebrating team achievements, and nurturing a positive team culture

3. Remote Management Essentials

Discover the fundamental principles of remote team and people-management, including synchronous and asynchronous workingeffective communication techniques, building trust from a distance, and establishing clear expectations to drive team performance

4. Hybrid & Remote Communication

Master the art of remote 1:1 and team communication in , including active listening, delivering feedback remotely, and navigating cultural differences. Develop the skills to promote transparency, understanding, and effective decision-making in your team.

5. Technology for engagement and collaboration

How can we use digital tools and platforms to help facilitate relationship-building; engagement; belonging and seamless collaboration among team members?

6. Remote performance management

Discover proven techniques for setting goals, tracking progress, and providing performance feedback in virtual environments.

In this module we look at how create a great home / remote working environment; the importance of work live balance and how to create the boundaries and expectations to support these; the essentials of self care;

Identify and address the unique challenges that arise in remote & hybrid work settings.
